The story is about Tyler who after getting into trouble several times is sent to the Malibu Junior Rescue Program, by his stepfather where he meets a ragtag group of children from the Valley. when it was revealed by the program director that he let Tyler and the other Flounders into the program so that they would fail and he wouldn’t have to take children from the Valley anymore. Tyler and the Flounders teamed up to win this lifeguard competition and earn their own tower for summer. Jackie R. Jacobson is portraying the character of Dylan in the series.
